More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at splorvastore@gmail.com and we’ll make it right!
1. Timeframe
Replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 6 days after delivery confirmation.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed below.
2. Returns
We do not accept returns. We only offer replacement when applicable.
Eligible cases for replacement or full refund include:
- Item damaged due to manufacturing or carrier fault.
- Incorrect item received.
Required evidence (mandatory):
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Packaging label (if items are missing or damaged)
Requests without valid photo or video evidence will not be approved.
Non-eligible cases:
- Customer mistakes (wrong size, color, or design selection)
- Claims marked as fraudulent without proof of unauthorized payment or delivery failure
For cases not listed above, a partial refund of up to 30% may be considered at our discretion.
3. Refund processing time:
- PayPal: 2–4 business hours
- Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business hours
